Do we only have interim CFOs?

We specialize in interim managers in finance in industry, trade, commerce and the service sector throughout Switzerland. If you need an interim CFO, controller, consolidation expert or commercial support in a scale-up, we can provide you with experienced professionals in a timely manner.

How long does it take for the interim manager to be in position?

We will let you know the same day whether we have a suitable interim manager available for you. This means that the interim manager can be working for you within 48 hours of the initial contact.

How much does an interim manager cost?

We agree a fixed daily rate with you. This depends on the position to be filled or the type of project. It is important to know that the daily flat rate covers all costs such as social security contributions, accident insurance premiums and vacations.

Is it cheaper to hire an interim manager directly?

Interim managers are not your employees! There are no employer contributions, you do not pay for absences such as illness and accidents. No 13th month’s pay, no bonus or other fringe benefits! You also have no notice periods under employment law, because interim managers come to leave.

In which situations does interim management make sense?

Projects

The typical interim management case: You want to realize a project that is limited in time from the outset.
