If you are looking for a Chief Financial Officer, Head of Controlling, Controller, Head of Accounting, Fiduciary or another qualified financial specialist or executive, then you have come to the right place.

Why does the search only take place in the mandate?

Naturally, you want to invite the best candidates to an interview. We make this possible by actively approaching personalities who are not looking for a job and who must be certain that there is a specific position behind the contact.

Do you need to replace an existing person in the company and don’t want them to be put off by a traditional job advertisement? In this case, we enable you to recruit your new colleague discreetly by approaching potential candidates directly and concluding confidentiality agreements with them.

Your time is scarce and valuable and you can’t waste it interviewing unsuitable candidates. That’s why we work with you to develop a detailed profile and search for suitable candidates, whom we meet in person for an interview and pre-select. In this way, we ensure that you can concentrate on your company and only meet the best candidates.

How long does it take to gain a new colleague?

In over 75% of mandates, my clients were able to find suitable candidates after 59 days on average. At 70 days, this figure even rises to 90%. Success through speed and quality.

Is there a warranty?

If, despite all due care, a newly hired employee should resign within the probationary period, we will immediately look for a replacement free of charge and endeavor to solve your/our challenge in a spirit of partnership.

Are recruitment agencies cheaper?

Recruitment agencies are only supposedly cheaper than our service for you. Since we only put you in touch with suitable candidates after a thorough analysis, search and pre-qualification, you save resources in your HR department and your time, allowing you to concentrate on interviews with suitable candidates.

Our service also includes a replacement guarantee. If the person placed resigns within the guarantee period, we will look for a replacement at no extra cost to you so that your challenge is solved. In the case of placement agencies, you may receive part of the fee back, but your problem will not be solved.

Is the fee dependent on the contractually agreed annual salary of the new employee?

The question of costs is understandably an important aspect. Contrary to the widespread practice of calculating the fee as a percentage of the agreed annual salary of your new employee, we agree a guaranteed fixed amount at the beginning of the mandate.

The advantages are obvious:

  • You can budget and plan transparently.
  • Even if you opt for a more expensive candidate, this will not affect the fee.
  • If we come across an interesting person with lower salary expectations, we will put you in touch with them without hesitation.
Are there any sectors that we don't work for?

We are not active in the banking and insurance sectors, as we do not have the necessary experience in these branches.

In any case, we will check together in the initial meeting whether we can bring you together with suitable candidates. Because one thing is clear: if we are of the opinion that we cannot lead you to success, we will make this clear to you.
