I have been working as a controller and later Chief Financial Officer since the early 2000s. Since 2021, I have been contributing to the success of my clients with executive search and interim management in financial positions. In executive search, I bring my clients from industry and commerce together with hard-to-reach experts and managers thanks to direct search.
As an interim manager in financial positions, I mainly work in international, medium-sized companies or start-ups, optimize financial processes, lead organizations in change situations – such as reorganization or restructuring – or ensure scalable structures that support growth.
